The Cabin's at Jackson Hole Golf & Tennis are located in beautiful Jackson Hole, Wyoming.   There are 35 cabins situated along the Jackson Hole Golf & Tennis Club, which is located approximately 8 miles north of the Town of Jackson, Wyoming.  The cabins have amazing views of the Grand Teton mountain range, and offer a location close to Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone.  Due to the close proximatey to the parks, there are many opportunities to view elk, bison, and deer.

Maintenance
Our community, despite being made up of individual cabins, is effectively a condominium association and not a typical HOA.  We are managed under a detailed set of CCR’s that specify that the HOA is responsible for all exterior maintenance of our cabins, not just our common areas.  The objective being to have a consistent and high quality appearance of our entire community.   From cabin staining, chinking, landscaping, etc., to common areas, your HOA, and not you individually, is responsible for making decisions to maintain our community at a consistently high standard.  This point will be further illustrated when we later discuss the recent renovation of our cabin landscape beds.
 
Given our shared interest in this cooperative type of property maintenance and community management, an open dialogue with all owners is critical.  An open dialogue is dependent on active participation and on openness to other owners’ views.  The Board strongly encourages your input, including opposing views, but please remember that the entire community sets the standards via the CCR’s and by selection of its Board.  Every owner has the opportunity to state their views and suggestions but, as provided for in our bylaws, a majority vote of the owners is required to amend the CCR’s which determine how our community is maintained.
